This is the puppies last week here with me. This weekend they begin to go to the next stage in their life. On to their new and forever homes!
They all went in this morning to the vet for their vaccinations and vet check. Everyone is looking good and healthy!
No reactions to vaccinations. Ella and Trina were the smallest at 11.5 pounds (still 1/2 pound bigger than their mother was when she came to me at 8 weeks old). Niko was the largest at 14.9 pounds.
Only one puppy is flying to his home this time. Niko flies to North Carolina most probably on Tuesday of next week. The rest will be picked up this weekend or into next week. All except for Ella, who gets to stay here with me.
This is the first time I have kept a puppy from a litter of my own and it feels pretty good to not have to say goodbye to everyone this time.

Vreni enjoys playing with Niko and Trina.

Puppies!
