Five Week Old Puppies

By germanshepherdpuppies

Wow! What a difference a week can make! All the puppies gained 2+ pounds this past week. They now range from 7-9 pounds.

They keep quite busy when not eating or sleeping by playing and romping with each other. Each puppy gets time inside with me every day. They enjoy their time inside and pretty much have the run of the house. :)

Weaning has begun! Vreni is now only with them at night to nurse them. The change has been easy and soon they will be entirely weaned. They are all eating hard food really well.

For those of you wanting to see videos of these guys: I hope to get a video out next week! :)

“The Hulk” enjoys a visit from some little friends.

Green Collar Male saying hello to his friend.

LIttle boy, little dog (Green Collar Male).

Diasy Collar Female wants to learn how to play croquet!

She is studying hard how to do it. :)

Red Collar Male. This guy is reminding me more and more of his dad, Robey, when he was a puppy. He is also a head cocker when being talked to. :) Bold, strong, sure of himself. But also very friendly and loving.

Orange Collar Male. The sweet guy.
